Change Of Exam Site

The Transfer of Campus is only available during the first three weeks of the semester.

From Week 4, students can only change their exam site.

If you would like to sit your test and final exam(s) at another campus or another town/city/country:

• Fill in the Request for Exam Site Change
• Seek email approval from your lecturer – he/she needs to know you will not be sitting this exam with your Campus classmates and that he/she will receive your exam answer booklet later on. Upload the email approval when filling out the Request for Exam Site Change
• Have a valid reason for sitting your exam outside your Campus and upload the documentation to support your reason when filling out the Request for Exam Site Change
• Pay the Change of Exam Venue fee of FJ$55 to any USP Cashier / any USP Campus Admin Office, or through one of USP’s other fee payment methods – Click Here

Once your form is processed, your Course Coordinators will be responsible for organizing your tests and Student Administrative Services will be responsible for organizing your final exams at your new exam site.
