Bio
Zena has recently completed her PhD oral defence. She brings with her a depth of skills-based knowledge from Non-Government Organisations as well as 10 years experience in developing, teaching and managing pre-degree Sociology programmes in Fiji and across the 12 USP member countries. She is a recipient of two awards in 2019 including the Excellence in Teaching award- Faculty Prize and namely, the Vice Chancellor’s Prize. Zena held a number of teaching positions in the then School of Social Sciences (and the Sociology Department prior) at The University of the South Pacific (USP), Laucala Campus.
