EiC thanks many of the Pacific’s finest minds for maintaining JPacS
As the most recent EiC for JPacS, I am humbled and privileged to be in this role for such an important journal. As many will know, JPacS has played an invaluable role since it was launched in 1975 in providing a platform for academics within and outside USP to share their latest research relevant to the livelihoods, prosperity and sustainability of the Pacific region. The vital intellectual contribution by JPacS to our Pacific region over nearly 50 years has been phenomenal. Maintaining the high quality of JPacS over such an extensive period is largely due to the impressive Editors that have come before me – they include many of the Pacific region’s most accomplished academics and finest minds. I am very grateful for their important contribution to JPacS and sincerely thank them all. Professor Digby Race, Editor-in-Chief
