NOTES:

The Statutes of The University of the South Pacific (s32) states that VC can exclude or authorise the exclusion of any person from the University.

The Ordinance to Provide for Discipline of Students provides that the VC can suspend or exclude a student from Campus if the student is believed to have committed a disciplinary offence on campus (or outside campus) (s2).  The VC can delegate the power to suspend or exclude to the DVC’s, PVC’s, Deans (s4) to the Manager HOR, Librarian (s4). Any suspension or exclusion must be reported to the VC and Senate. The Regulation Governing Student Conduct states that VC has general control over student discipline (D5).
