Food Services and Convenience Store

Welcome to Laucala Campus Food Services and Convenient Store home page. Eating on campus is an integral part of campus life at the University of the South Pacific. We at the University like to see our students, staff and visitors enjoy a comfortable living.  We have over seven (7) food outlets at USP’s main campus in Suva, 5 being at upper Laucala campus, one each at Marine and Statham campus, a coffee shop and a convenience store. A Foreign Exchange  (Western Union) and One World Flight Center is also located within the dining hall and is walking distant from administrations, classroom and Staff and Students blocks. The campus also has one (1) Bank operated by Westpac  with BSP having an ATM located at USP Library.

The Dining Hall has 3 food outlets serving variety of foods from Chinese to Indian cuisine, fresh fruits, salad, sandwiches and much much more to cater for everyone’s need. We have a Chinese cuisine (namely “Southern Cross restaurant”) and is located next to the Australia Pacific Lecture Theatre (formerly known as AusAid Lecture Theatre), the coffee shop “Coffee Central” is close to the dining hall and the convenience stores is located next  University Book Center.

Mon – Friday 7am to 9pm

Saturday 8am to 7pm

Sunday and Public Holiday – 8am to 2 pm

However, during the semester break, the Dining Hall operates with reduced hours which will be updated on  this website from time to time.

Monday  to Friday 7am to 9pm

Saturday 8am to 7pm

Sunday and Public Holiday 8am to 11am and 5pm to 8pm
