Reconsideration Of Course Grades

For the grades that have been released for each course, these have been verified, audited, and then approved by the School’s Board of Assessment Committee before being released to students. If you think there has been an error and/or you think the grade is not representative of the quality of your coursework and final exam, you can apply for a Reconsideration of Course Grade.

You will:

  • Have to pay the FJ$50 Reconsideration of Course Grade fee at the USP cashier or through USP’s Payment portal – https://payment.usp.ac.fj. For Internet Banking payments, you must include your student ID number in the narration so that the payment is matched to your name and ID number on the USP system.
  • Fill in and submit the Application for Reconsideration of Course Grade application

RESULT SLIP / NOTIFICATION

Current students can view their result slip for each semester / trimester of study on their SOLS account under the My Grades link.

Past students who no longer have access to their SOLS account will need to request for an Academic Transcript.
