The current USP regulations does not permit us to reissue certificates in cases of loss, damage, or misplacement. Nevertheless, we can provide you with a Letter of Certification on our official USP special paper, which will confirm your graduation, the date of graduation, program specifics, and the policy regarding certificate reissuance at USP. The Letter of Certification will be signed by an authorized representative.
To acquire the Letter of Certification, a fee of $75 Fijian Dollars (FJD) is required.
Upon finalizing the payment, kindly send an email to contactus@usp.ac.fj including your name, student ID number, and the receipt number. Please ensure that the subject of your email reads: “Request for a Letter of Certification.”
The processing period of a Letter of Certification is 5 working days after the confirmation of payment is received. You can explore payment options by following this link – Fees
