Graduate in Absentia

If you do not attend the graduation ceremony,

You can either collect your certificate and transcript from Student Administrative Services – Laucala Campus the week after the graduation day or request via contactus@usp.ac.fj for it to be sent to your postal address (confirm your postal address via email)

Certificate and transcript will be sent via postal service (Registered Mail).

If you prefer your certificate to be sent by courier service, you may contact either DHL or TNT for their services at your own cost.

Students of Regional Campuses outside Fiji (including Lautoka and Labasa Campus students), if you want your certificate and transcript to be sent to your respective Campuses, you should email your request to contactus@usp.ac.fj

If you are unable to personally sign-out your documents, you may authorize a third party who must bring a letter from you, along with their photo ID. The letter of authorization must state your name, your student ID number, your programme, and the name of the person collecting on your behalf.
