Marica Mafi is the Administrative Assistant for the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. She has a BA degree in Tourism Studies and Management & Public Administration, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Commerce in Tourism and Hospitality Management. All three qualifications were awarded by The University of South Pacific. Marica worked for seven years for Fiji’s sole superannuation organization, the Fiji National Provident Fund, acquiring extensive experience in customer services, human resources and change management in the financial sector. Marica has also spent several years working in the hotel industry, mainly in sales and marketing.
