Associate Professor Tracy Berno’s research interests include the relationship between cuisine and tourism. She is particularly interested in agriculture — tourism linkages, local food systems, community-based tourism development, culinary tourism and tourism and gastronomy. She has researched and published widely on the cuisine of the South Pacific in particular.
