Guidance for Staff Travelling to USP’s Regional Campuses:

The guidance provided through these pages has been created to assist University staff planning to travel to USP’s member countries. Whilst it is intended to keep this guidance up-to-date, the information contained in the documents is liable to change from time to time. It is therefore strongly recommended that staff should check with the local Regional Campus Director and/or the relevant Embassy, High Commission or Immigration Department for the latest information available. The University will not be liable for any loss which may arise as a result of the general advice given in the guidance.

ALL PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO/FROM/VIA USA which includes the Federated States of Micronesia and Guam will be required to submit the following informations when making bookings.

  1. Full Name on Passport
  2. Passport Number
  3. Date of Expiry of Passport
  4. Country of Issuance of Passport
  5. Date of birth
  6. Gender

ALL PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO/FROM/VIA FIJI will be required to submit the following informations when making bookings and this information will be transmitted to the Fiji Immigration Department at least 30minutes after flight departure by the respective carriers.

  1. Nationality/Country of Passport
  2. Passport number
  3. Date of Birth & Date of Passport expiry
  4. Full name as on Passport
