Student Grievances

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Education) administers student grievance matters.

The Student Grievance Policy and procedures provide the formal mechanism for resolving grievances about matters or issues relating to student experiences at the University. We do need fair and transparent processes for students to raise legitimate complaints about teaching, courses, staff, resources, and so on. The USP Senate thus approved the Student Grievance Policy and Procedures for resolving student grievances. Please see below the policy and procedures on student grievance matters:
