*Note that GSF has been reduced to $15.00 for Semester 2, 2021 and Trimester 3, 2021  due to COVID-19 .

  1. USPSA funds are derived from General Service Fees (GSF).
  2. GSF is allocated to different sections of the University which provides support to the students and to the USPSA body.
  3. All the funds received is recorded in the Banner system and allocated automatically by the percentages as per above table^.
  4. All claims are also processed through Banner, therefore available balance is known at any point in time.
  5.   The Finance office checks and verifies acquittals before processing payments to USPSA.
  6. Upon processing the release of funds, all source documents are returned to USPSA for safe keeping and audit purposes.
  7. The USPSA is largely governed by its own set of by-laws. These Financial ByLaws are used by the USPSA Federal Office for the proper financial management of all funds approved under the budget of the USPSA Federal Council and also any funds of USPSA provided to Branch Associations.
