USP Labasa Campus hosts virtual North Principals and Careers Teachers’ Consultations

 

USP Virtual Principal and Careers Teachers Consultation was held on 25th November, on the Zoom interface. This consultation provided an opportunity for Principals and Teachers to be updated, informed and entrusted with information that they can share from USP to their students, staff and communities. The Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Pal Ahluwalia and his team of School Heads, SMT, Marketing Office with the Campus Director hosted Principals, Careers teachers and Labasa Campus staff to thirty-seven Careers teachers and Principals.

These partners of the university bridge USP to their networks, alumnus groups and to their professional circles hence, this  information sharing session was empowering as the SMT shared new programmes, new plans, advanced ICT infrastructure that sets USP apart allowing it to be the premier institute of higher learning and choice for students in Fiji and the Pacific.

Hosts and participants were engaged in active discussion, school reps in the Northern Division applauded the University’s effort, and initiative in holding the consultations. Continued partnership and opportunities to work together is strengthened also with school heads in the North and USP Labasa, Savusavu Centre.
