Semester 1, 2021 began with a hype with new incoming students. The three days Orientation commenced on the 22nd of February and ended on the 24th of February, 2021. The new and resuming students had an opportunity to explore University learning via Student Learning Support, Success @ USP, Moodle Training and Campus Tour.
“You are here on the pathway to excel and the University for Over 50 years has ensured to deliver quality Education and Services,” said Dr Bogitini, the Campus Director. He also reassured students of the care that will be provided to students and urged them to give in their best during studies.
The Pacific TAFE Coordinator also wished students the best and gave them a warm welcome. Over the 3 days Orientation, students had fun-filled activities with USP Prize Giveaways, Games, Learning Sessions and Refreshment.
While the students had an opportunity to feel at home, Savusavu Centre also had its Orientation on 26th & 27th of February. The Centre Supervisor, Mr. Sairusi Lui made students aware of the facilities and services in place to ensure students make the most of it.
