Ms Seini Tinaikoro
Ms Seini Tinaikoro is an Associate with the law firm Siwatibau and Sloan, Barristers and Solicitors, based in Suva, Fiji. Ms Tinaikoro has a Bachelor of Laws (2010) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (2010) from USP. She has been Admitted to the High Court of Fiji as a Barrister and Solicitor and Commissioner for Oaths, and is a member of the Fiji Law Society and the International Bar Association. She has previously been seconded to the Australian law firm Mallesons where she specialised in negotiation and review of contracts. Some of Ms Tinaikoro’s professional legal work has understanding of land laws in Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and Vanuatu, and communicating with the Ministry of Lands and the iTaukei Land Trust Board in Fiji.
Ms Tinaikoro is the course coordinator for Planning and Environmental Law (LM216) in semester 2.
