Accreditation
The degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) of The University of the South Pacific is accredited through the Fiji Board of Legal Education, which operates under the authority of the Legal Practitioners Decree 2009. The LLB degree is recognised by the Board as satisfying the academic requirements for admission as a legal practitioner in Fiji. The Fiji accreditation is also accepted as a matter of convention in the other jurisdictions of the USP region for the purposes of admission to legal practice in those jurisdictions.
In addition, several LLB courses are also accredited by Law Admissions Consultative Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
