Doctor of Philosophy (Computing Science)

On successful completion of this programme, graduates should be able to:

  1. Proficiently apply appropriate methodology to address complex discipline specific or multi-disciplinary real-world problems underpinning theories of computing or cognate fields.
  2. Analyse, design and develop innovative solutions in computing or cognate fields by independently investigating the knowledge gaps in the current or emerging trends.
  3. Discuss research outcomes effectively in written and oral forms with other computing professionals and scholars employing a range of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) tools.
  4. Demonstrate ethical conduct throughout the different stages of research activities in computing or cognate fields.
