On successful completion of this programme, graduates should be able to:

  1. Propose information management practices to benefit organisations through information and communications technology (ICT).
  2. Simplify and communicate problems of complex information systems effectively in either networking, data management, software engineering or computer security to diverse stakeholders to inform IT management decisions.
  3. Apply ethical principles throughout the development phases for ICT solutions.
  4. Develop evidence-based solutions to real-world Information Communication Technology (ICT) problems
  5. Compile and organise data, and construct models to solve a variety of complex real-world problems.
  6. Explain ICT-related research concepts and contexts effectively to stakeholders in written and verbal forms.
