Doctorate of Business Administration

On successful completion of this programme, graduates should be able to:

  1. Conduct a research enquiry in the practical management context, in a manner relevant to the Pacific region.
  2. Investigate evidence systematically to make informed decisions relating to senior management and leadership.
  3. Propose responsible leadership principles to meet social and environmental responsibilities, and exemplify high standards of professional and ethical behaviour, in a national, regional and international complex business environment.
  4. Critique business and organisational practices drawing on multiple perspectives and theoretical approaches.
  5. Communicate business-related ideas, proposals and findings effectively, in a range of oral and written modes, and in a manner appropriate to business and organisational settings.
  6. Collaborate effectively in business and organisational contexts and with people of diverse perspectives to achieve goals.
  7. Apply the theories and business-related practices of business administration from a national, regional and international perspective.
