On successful completion of this programme, graduates should be able to:

1. Collaborate effectively in the practice and processes of human resource management and employment relations in organisations in the Pacific Region and global contexts.
2. Apply critically key principles, theories and concepts of human resource management and employment relations to practical scenarios in a range of contexts
3. Design academic research using appropriate methods and processes, presenting findings in the required format
