Bachelor of Commerce (Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness)

On successful completion of this programme, graduates are expected to be able to:

  1. Apply core knowledge in agribusiness and agricultural sciences in the Pacific Island Countries (PICs);
  2. Conduct agricultural research ethically following appropriate research design and methods;
  3. Solve problems in a range of different situations in agribusiness and agricultural sciences;
  4. Engage with farmers and other agriculture-interested stakeholders, including designing and conducting training and outreach activities;
  5. Collaborate ethically and effectively in agricultural contexts;
  6. Practise agribusiness and agricultural sciences recognizing the social, cultural, environmental and economic needs of the Pacific Island Countries (PICs).
