Postgraduate Diploma in Arts (Geography)

On successful completion of this programme, graduates should be able to:

1. Advanced knowledge: Appraise the literature in at least one particular geographic subfield and state how a research project contributes to an existing body of geographic literature from a PIC perspective.
2. Techniques and methodologies: Design and implement legitimate geographic research methods and ethics.
3. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively using social/natural scientific language both in written and oral formats.
4. Scientific approach: Scientifically identify and interpret geographic issues and challenges in the context of PICs and implement scientific advice and knowledge for solutions.
