Master of Arts in Politics/International Affairs (Thesis)

On successful completion of this programme, graduates are expected to be able to:

1. Proficiently analyse advanced elements and operations of the international system.
2. Critically evaluate advanced issues in politics, international affairs, governance or development in the Pacific or globally.
3. Apply advanced theoretical perspectives and concepts on politics, international affairs, governance or development in the Pacific.
4. Communicate effectively a wide range of advanced arguments, in oral and written modes, appraising advanced elements of the regional and international system.
5. Undertake advanced research and analyse data to extend the field of politics, international affairs, governance or development.
6. Develop advanced arguments and findings based on critical analysis in the field politics, international affairs, governance or development.

 

Master of Arts in Politics/International Affairs (SRP)

On successful completion of this programme, graduates are expected to be able to:

1. Explain basic elements and examine critically operations of the international system.
2. Identify basic issues in politics, international affairs, governance, or development in the Pacific and globally.
3. Evaluate basic theoretical perspectives and concepts on politics, international affairs, governance, or development in the Pacific.
