Postgraduate Certificate in Gender Studies

On successful completion of this programme, graduates are expected to be able to:

1. Gender Lens: Analyse a range of social processes, issues and structures from a gender perspective at the local, regional, and global level.
2. Theoretical Knowledge: Critically evaluate and apply knowledge of a limited range of gender-related scholarship to Pacific Island societies.
3. Research: Identify gender research topics relevant to Pacific Island societies and perform gender research activities.
4. Methodologies: Identify, appraise, and apply feminist theoretical and methodological approaches.
