Postgraduate Diploma in Governance

On successful completion of this programme, graduates are expected to be able to:

  1. Analyse the function and power dynamics of political institutions and actors in relation to governance.
  2. Relate a limited range of relevant theories and concepts to governance in the Pacific and globally.
  3. Critically appraise selected governance debates and practice in the Pacific and globally.
  4. Present well-reasoned arguments and findings in the study of governance, based on critical analysis and effective use of appropriate sources of evidence.
  5. Communicate selected governance concepts and approaches to a range of audiences in different contexts.
