Postgraduate Diploma in Law

On successful completion of this programme, graduates are expected to be able to:

1. Critique the region’s laws and legal systems in their local and global context, including the role of custom.
2. Contextualise law to complex practical and theoretical situations.
3. Research, analyse, and critically evaluate questions of law.
4. Communicate advanced legal knowledge and arguments persuasively both orally and in writing, with appropriate referencing and legal citation.
