On successful completion of this programme, graduates should be able to:

1. Create new knowledge and extend existing ideas and approaches on quality education;
2. Demonstrate high standard of ethical and professional conduct in approaches to leadership in Pacific Island Educational organisation;
3. Apply leadership and management skills and competencies relevant to Pacific Island educational context;
